HEALING THROUGH FRAGRANCES (Recipe)

Essential oils have medicinal properties and unique capabilities to heal the body. With massage, compresses and inhalation they support the immune system, relieving symptoms of colds and flues, reducing pain and inflammation.

Aromatic fragrant healing blend for bath & massage

4 DROPS OF EUCALYPTUS
4 DROPS OF GERANIUM
4 DROPS OF ROSEMARY
4 DROPS OF BERGAMOT
2 TBLS. OF VEGETABLE OIL
(ADD TO WARM BATH AND RELAX AND HEAL) OR USE FOR MASSAGE

With the sense of smell essential oils we can reduce levels of stress, relieve negative mental states, such as depression anxiety and anger. Inhalation of the oils promotes effects on different levels of the human psyche including memory and mental aspects. Studies have been done on effects of essential oils on brain waves. By smelling oils with sedative properties the brain exhibited rhythms of calmness. When oils that have stimulant effects were inhaled, they created a stimulated alert response.

Relaxing Synergy Blend:

6 drops of Lavender
4 drops of Mandarin
2 drops of Bergamot
2 drops of Clary Sage
This blend is excellent to use in times of stress.
(Blend in small 10 ml. Bottle. Drop a few drops on handkerchief or pillow.)

4 drops of frankincense
3 drops of Rose“anoint the temples, wrists, solar plexus, ankles”
Promotes deep breathing, relaxation.
